As I mentioned last year in December, I’m starting to release some lo-fi, ambient music that has been sitting in my vault. This is all experimental stuff, and it’s in anticipation of my more alternative rock, slightly New-Wavey stuff coming later in the year.

I initially made this 11-minute lo-fi dreamy track for a podcast project that I ended up abandoning. I’ve updated the track with some improvised guitar, and worked a bit more on the mix and the mastering.

I’ve titled it simply (.) because I honestly couldn’t decide on a name for it!

I hope you enjoy it on this, your first Friday of 2026! Guitar and electric piano are improvised and recorded as such. The guitar was one take and I did do a bit of editing on the timing for the electric piano. As always, no A.I. (not for mastering or mixing either) but all made by the human ear :) .
